Graduate Engineer Trainee Program The Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) program at Philips is designed for engineering graduates from some of the best engineering institutes in India. The program is designed to ensure that students are provided the right exposure to begin their careers. At Philips, we hire GETs for our Lighting and Healthcare businesses. The GETs begin their stint with product and process training at Noida and Gurgaon. The initial training is followed by on-field assignments to apply these skills.
